Christmas!

Heeellloooo everyone! It's Christmas time! Jingle Bell Jingle Bell Jingle Bell ROCK! Hahaa.. I'm having a great time during this season greeting.. What about you? Hopefully the same goes to you.. It's been a decade ever since I updated my last post.. Thousands of apologies.. Updating blog really need consistency and hard work and too bad.. I don't really have those.. It's ok. Will update whenever I feel like doing it.. Okaayy? Anyway, I love Christmas! I got presents from my aunt's staffs and not to forget.. someone special.. It was my first time celebrating Christmas with that special person.. Not much activity.. but yea.. I did enjoyed myself to the MAX! Thanks for everything and the card.. I like it.. It's so 'original'.. Everything you wrote in it can never be found else where.. Thank you.. Muacks! In addition to that, I'm so glad that my mom and brother came all the way from my hometown to meet me and brought me to Genting Highland.. Appreciate it with all my heart! Besides that, I went to my cousin's church.. It was in mandarin service and I couldn't participate in the praise and worship because I couldn't read the words... but never mind.. Thanked God.. at least there's a few christmas songs and ta da! I could sing along with them... Heheee... There were sketches and guess what? I was in it! Curious? Well, the sketch is about a rich and powerful man who wants to invite some people to attend a feast organised by him.. The people who were invited promised to come but in the end they didn't because they were busy with their own thing and so they never go to the feast.. The rich man was upset and asked his man to called the lame, deaf, dumb and poor people to attend the feast.. and so they went.. but there's still a lot of empty spaces.. So the rich man called out to his man once more and ordered him to invite the rest villagers... and the villagers are those who visited the church for the first time which is me! Wow! I went up the stage with a few people and yesh! It was a feast.. There were fruits and snacks... I took a grape and I ate it... Lol! I even had a glass of ribena.. I was having so much fun and yea... I'm lovin' it! Thanks Theresa for bringing me to the church.. Thank you... heheee... And.. this afternoon, I made my own lunch.. SPAGHETTI! Of course, I couldn't manage it without a good helper.. Thanks for the help dude! and sorry for being impatient.. The result was kinda good for our first time.. Will cook spaghetti again next time and I'm pretty sure that the result will be much much BETTER! Last but not least Merry Christmas everyone! Joy to the world.. The Saviour reigns.. *singing*

Words from God

Prayer is very important to a Christian and it enable us to communicate with our Father in heaven. I went to church today and I received a bulletin from them. The first page talks about a powerful key to prayer. I felt a need to spread God's word regarding prayer and here I am doing it. I just wanna share something with all of you. For those who are not a Christian, you can read this just for some sort of knowledge or get to know what prayer is all about for a Christian. And for Christian, we usually pray alone but it would be better if you pray with the other fellow believers. Why I said this? Continue reading and you'll know the reason..

In the bible, there's a verse stating 'And I tell you more: whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, I am there with them.' (Mt 18:19-20,TEV)

If you look at the Lord's Prayer, you'll see that it reflects praying together - "Our Father ... give us ... our daily bread ... forgive us our debts ... as we also have forgiven our debtors ... lead us not into temptation ... deliver us ..." (Mt 6:9-13,NIV)

Many of us miss out so much because only pray on our own. Yet, when Jesus gave us an outline for prayer, He spoke about praying together. There is power in group prayer.

If you're not praying with other believers, then you're not getting the support you need. You're missing out on one of the major benefits of being a Christian. Jesus says "Whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, I am there with them." (Mt 18:19-20,TEV) That's the power of praying with other people.

Ask yourself, "Who am I consistently praying with on a regular basis?" You may be saying you've never prayed with anybody before and it scares you to death. It's okay to start slowly: When you get together with five or six other friends, you don't have to pray if you don't want to; you can sit there and be quiet.

Then, after several weeks, as you become more comfortable, you can begin to participate more in the group's prayers. You'll find a new level of stability in your life.

If you've never prayed with other people, start by praying aloud when you're alone. I do most of my praying when I'm alone in my bedroom. Another suggestion is to pray at meals.

Praying together is one form of worshipping God.

Friendship

I believe this title has become very common. You read essay bout this topic or even hear songs related to it. But still I would like to talk about it because I think it's something that is equally important to me besides my family. I might hurt my best friends and friends before without realizing how much hurt they have gone through. I never meant to do it and I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart. All of you are very important to me as all of your presence in my life has made me who I am now. Thank you. For those who I seldom keep in touch right now, just wanna let you know that I've not forgotten about you. I remembered all of you in my heart. Some of you might have doubt that how is it possible that I would remember about you since I have not keep in touch with you. Well, it is the memories that makes me remember you people. There's this word that says 'day passes but memories remain'. It is so true that the memories that we had reminds me of you. I have many best friends and friends from young till this age. Different friends at different age but once friends, we always remained as a friend. We might meet again someday at different place and at a different situation. Things are going to be different for us but only one thing will be remain, our FRIENDSHIP. I really thank God for giving me this opportunity to be able to be your friend and I hope our friendship will last forever.

Gratefulness

Hello~ I'm back! Hmmm... Well,my results are out and guess what? I'm gonna graduate soon... Woo hoo! Thanked God for that... Seriously,if it's not for God's blessing,I don't think I'll be able to graduate... So praise the Lord for it! Amen~ ^-^

Exam

Haha... I know it's a little bit too late to post this topic but I'm out of topic.. So.. Let this be an exception to me la.. Haha... Hmm... Exam... Well,I'm supposed to finished it 2 days ago but I'm not... Sigh~ One more paper to go and I shall be free from Dip.. Haha... Hopefully I can... PRM paper kinda tough to me cause I didn't prepare well.. All the blame goes to me... for being super duper LAZY~ Gosh! Laziness again.. Ya ya... What a LAZY person I am?! I pray that Yahweh will grant me that HOPE to pass my Dip. And I WILL~ Thank you Lord! I love you Jesus!

A Tiny Update

Haha.. Wow~ I know... Can't believe it huh? It's been so long ever since I last blog.. Woahh.. So dusty.. Gotta clear away the dust d.. Haha... Well,hmmm... First of all,I would like to say.. Welcome back everyone to my wonderful blog! Woo Hoo~ *claps* I know all of you has been waiting for an update from me huh? Haha.. Ok ok... I know.. I'm just trying to be sarcastic.. Lol.. Ok.. Back here.. There're lots of things happened.. Some of them happened for a long long time ago and some recently.. Not gonna mention them as I know TIME is LIMITED.. Haha.. I need years just to finish typing them.. Lol.. Anyway,I would like to congratulate myself..I managed to enter into the 2nd audition.. Haha.. For your information, I have joined the Encore Urban organised by the Choir Society of my college.. Haha.. Just wanna check out whether I have the talent in singing not.. Looks like I have.. Lol. *syok sendiri* No matter what it is.. I would like to give all the glory and praises to the Lord.. Without Him, I don't think I can make it.. He gave me the courage and strength to walk into the 1st audition and Boom! I sang like an angel.. ^^ So the result is 'I PASSED!'. Haha.. Anyway,I'm in CITC now.. So bored.. Time passes so slow.. Sigh~ Lol.. It's Christmas Eve today! Woo Hoo~ Hope everyone enjoy it! Last but not least,Merry Christmas to all of you!!! *smile*

Results

The usual me will sleep till afternoon but today ( 21/10/09 ).. Surprisingly I woke up early.. Around 8 something.. Haha... Guess that I'm too nervous huh? Oh.. Btw,it's my results release date today.. Pheww... I was all tensed up.. Till I saw my results.. I gotta feeling.. I'm gonna pass all cause I can't feel the stress till today.. But my silly brain told me.. I don't think so cause you are super duper lazy in the previous semester.. Well,can't deny it.. It's true. All those last minute revisions really kills me.. I didn't even managed to revise all. Terrible. See.. How lazy am I? But it's ok. It's already over. This semester gotta do well. Full of motivation this semester. Woo hoo! A brand new me~Anyway,was so nervous waiting for my results to be release. The CITC people so not efficient la.. Swt.. Waited from 8 something till 9 something.. About an hour.. Sigh.. While waiting patiently,I spent some time talking to God telling Him that no matter what results I get,I shall be thankful for it. If it's good,then praise the Lord! If it's not what I've expected,I will still praise the Lord and strive to work harder this semester. No blames are to put unto anyone but me for not studying well. Instead of putting blame on myself,why don't I start encouraging myself to do even better. Right? And I got my results already... Hmm... I passed all! Thank you Lord Jesus!!! It's far better than what I've expected though I can do even better. Haha... Can't wait to celebrate it. Going Mcd later and after that,maybe kimchi?? Hehe... Can't expressed what I felt right now. I'm so happy. This is just the beginning. Gonna move along with the flow. Haha.. All the best people out there! ^^

Hi hi! I'm back! Been sick for 2 weeks ~ Coughing like mad.. ~ Haha.. Thought I have gotten the A H1N1 but thank God.. It's not.. Phewww... The feeling of escaping death is really amazing.. Really.. Not kidding though.. I have all the Swine flu symptoms except one which is FLU.. Went to HKL for check-up and ended up no results.. I mean the doctor said that I'm Swine Free! Woo Hoo! Praise the Lord! Now I'm back! Back to my HEALTHY position! Fit like never before.. Strong like never before.. Happy like never before.. Healthy like never before..!! Wakakakaka... Sorry for causing woriness to my family... and of course my friends too.. Haha... Thanks for taking care of me.. Really appreciate that! Love you all so much! No more cough and fever.. But still.. I have to finish up my antibiotics.. That's terrible.. So bitter.. Sigh! It's ok.. I can make it! Left 8 more tablets to go! Wow! That's alot.. Lol! *Dear sweet throat,be patient k.. Just swallow the medicine as I order you to do so.. Thanks!* Swt! Crapping like nobody's business.. Haha.. Anyway,went to BB zi's birthday celebration on last Wednesday.. Took lots of photos.. Juat a quick reflect on my journey back to Melaka ~ I went back to my hometown last Thursday. It was kinda rush but I managed to buy 2 pm bus ticket. Really thanked God for that. The reason why I said that is because I finished lecture at 12 noon and instead of going to Pudu Raya straight away,I went to Jusco with YY and XF. YY crave for McD.. It's kind of early so I went with them thinking that I'll be able to make it on time to buy bus ticket and so on.. Met Oval and the rest at there.. After finished eating all,YY and I 'minta diri'. YY took bus back to her house whereas I took Lrt to Pasar Seni. It's already 1.45 pm by the time I reached Pasar Seni. I walked as fast as I can. Met one gal from group 9 at the Lrt and I decided to walked with her.. She's going back to her hometown too but different location la. When we're about to reach the bus station,she asked me to go first because she knows that I'm late. So I bid farewell to her and I walked so fast that I managed to purchased the ticket! But the bus is opposite of the road which means I have to cross the road! Afraid that the bus will leave,I quickly make my way there. To my surprise it's still there and it's a double decker bus! I never travel back to my hometown with that kind of bus before.. So I'm quite excited bout it.. Haha.. Lame.. Went into the bus and since it's free sitting.. I went and sit at the top. Front sit some more... Can see the whole view.. Haha.. After bout 2 hrs ++,I reached my hometown finally. Really miss my family so much... Can't wait to see them.. My dad and mom came and fetch me and we went to my grandma's house. After that,my dad brought us to McD. Swt! Afternoon McD evening McD - but evening one got free balloon.. Lol! Terrible.. Jelak d.. Make a date with my sister and we planned to meet later and have our dinner together. Bout 6 something,we met up and we had our wan tan mee.. You should try Melaka style one.. It's totally different with Kl style.. I love my Melaka one. You can hardly find it in KL.. No.. Is you can't find it at all.. Lol! After that we went shopping.. After shopping,makan time again.. Haha.. I ate so much.. Tak boleh tahan.. Anyway,I went to take my SPM cert. on Friday and met my pretty teacher. Miss her.. She still looked the same but she's getting prettier la.. Haha.. After that,go Old Town and had my enriched choc. all by myself. Pity me.. All my friends are busy with their studies.. So can't find anyone to accompany me.. Too bad YY and Kaka not around.. If not,we sure shop like mad one. Haha.. Since I have nowhere to go, I called up my dad to fetch me go somewhere else and I decided to stop by my uncle's place.. Had laksa over there and after that,dinner.. I thought it's just a normal dinner like how we used to have and to my surprise.. At the end of the dinner,there's an extra 'stuff'.. Cake!! Didn't thought that my sister's friend will buy a cake for me and they celebrated my birthday far too early.. Haha.. Anyway,Asther.. Thank you very much.. Really appreciate your effort.. I'll make sure that I'll try my best to go back on my birthday to receive another surprise from you just as you said.. Haha.. Swt! Anyway,on saturday morning,I woke up quite early around 7 something cause it's Ching Ming day. I followed my mum went to 'ta pao' pau for my aunt while my dad waiting in the car. After that,we went to my aunt's house to fetch her and we're on our way to the cemetery. Met my 1st,2nd,3rd,5th,6th uncles with their wives respectively and two cousins there.. Haha.. They do some cleaning and worshipping and so on... I'm not quite clear with it cause I don't involve myself in it.. So I just stand aside and look at them and chat with my uncles.. For your information,they're from my mother's side. Haha.. Big family huh?? Lol! After that,my sister brought my mom,granny and her friend go for lunch.. I'm included.. Haha.. We ate chicken rice.. So delicious.. Haha.. I love their chilies the most.. Very unique.. Yellow colour one.. Haha.. Swt! After that,I'm back! In KL..

A short blog

Just a quick glance on what's happening to me last week:

1. I fell down at college... Swt.. That's terrible.. It's raining cats and dogs at that time.. So it's kinda slippery.. Anyway,my knee blue black only.. Nothing serious happened. Sigh! Luckily no one witness it except YY la.. Swt. So pai seh.. But I still thanked God that I'm alright.
2. Nearly die on Saturday ( 14 March 2009 ) around 3 p.m. at Bangsar Lucky Garden. I went to have my lunch with one of my aunt's staff at there. But who knows tragedy nearly occur.. You know what happen?? Ok. Let me tell you. There were a few stalls in a shop. So,I ordered pig intestine soup with rice as my lunch from one of the stalls. The kopitiam was fully occupied so I have to share table with an Indian couple. About 3o to 45 minutes later,I heard a scream. I looked at the direction where the scream came from... And you know what I saw?? An Indonesian gal was covering her ears and screamed like nobody business. I was so blur wondering what's going on when I looked at her.. And the next thing I saw will shaken all of you.. It's the gas pipe! Erm... How should I describe it?? Well,you know water pipe?? If you release it and due to the high pressure.. It'll some sort of like flying... And that's what happening to the gas pipe ( the tube that connects to the gas ). It came off and it's like flying.. I got scared.. Holding my chinese tea not knowing what to do.. The next thing I know is instead of running away saving my life... I made a stupid decision. I put down my tea and OMG! I closed my ears. Haha.. Very lame of me. Everyone was so panic getting away from that gas thing but I just stood there with my ears closed. Swt! Thanked God that the gas didn't explode! Seeing that nothing happen,the people started to move to their places and settled down ~ Human nature... what you expect?? I did the same thing too. The Indian man who shared the same table with us came back and sat down. He was so mad. He told us what happened. He said that the Indonesian gal was so stupid! She turned on the gas and seeing that the gas pipe came off and she still wanna lit up the fire! Oh gosh! She wanna kill us is it?? Teruk betul.. So brainless. Luckily,the fire didn't lit up. If not,I won't be here blogging d. I really wanna thanked God for saving all of us and that I managed to finished up the food before that thing happened. Lol! And it's the same stall that I ordered my food from. Sigh! The lady boss still can eat when that thing happen.. Wtt! I really don't understand these people la.. That Indian man also said that he have to go there and direct the Indonesian gal to turn off the gas! So you can imagine how dangerous it was at that time. Instead of turning off the gas as fast as possible,she's wasting her time screaming and covering her ears. Lame! They only care what happen to their families and whenever it's bout the public.. They just ignore it... Acting as if it's none of their business.. That's so selfish.. Haiz! And I heard from the Indian man saying that one of the people got burned. I'm not sure which part got burn la.. I think it's somewhere near the hair and face. That's terrible! What an experience!
